The Kenya Union of Clinical Officers (KUCO) is a professional trade union established under the Labour Relations Act, 2012. It represents Clinical Officers in Kenya who are registered and licensed under the Clinical Officers Act No. 20 of 2017.
KUCO is committed to advancing the welfare and rights of Clinical Officers both locally and internationally. As a professional organization, it promotes ethical practice, supports career growth, and provides a unified voice for its members.
