CHARTING THE FUTURE OF CLINICAL MEDICINE

On 19th February, 2025 we held our second KUCOEngage episode, and it was a powerful conversation about the past, present, and future of clinical medicine. With attendees from across the profession, we delved into critical topics impacting Clinical Officers in Kenya.

• Employment: The job market for Clinical Officers is evolving. The panel explored how to remain competitive and discussed global employment opportunities. The recent announcement from the GMC of the UK was a hot topic, opening new doors for clinical professionals.
• Independence: Independence is crucial for innovation and professional growth. When Clinical Officers have the autonomy to make decisions and lead, they can drive positive change in healthcare delivery.
